Prof. Yu-Long Jiang is with the school of microelectronics, Fudan University, Shanghai, China. He serves as the EDS Shanghai chapter chair since 2011. His research interests include advanced CMOS device processes, structures and materials, especially contact technologies. He is also the deputy director of Faculty Development Center of Fudan University. |
