Dr. Jiaxiang Nie received B.S. ,MS and Ph.D degree in Material Science and Engineering from East China University of Science and Technology in 2001,2004 and 2010,respectively. From March 2004 to July 2010, he worked for Semiconductor Manufacturing International Corporation in Shanghai specializing in thin film process, and had hand-on experience on all of metallization technology of IC manufacturing in Technology R&D group, and also is an expert on process integration, especially on back end of line integration. He participated in the developments of many generations of logic technologies from 90nm to 32/28nm. From August 2010 to August 2012, Dr. Nie held executive level management position at solar industry. In September 2012, He joined Lam Research China in Shanghai. As a process engineering manager in Thin Film Area, Dr. Nie is leading the Thin Film engineering team to support customers and partners in the entire China region. He joined Leadmicro as Sr. Sales Director in 2021. Dr. Nie is an inventor or co-inventor on 71 issued Chinese patents and co-authors of 12 journal and conference papers. |
