K.C. (KuoChun) Wu has served as Director of R&D, Asia at Cabot Microelectronics since 2007. Prior to that, Dr. Wu held senior research and development management and technical positions at Ultratech, Semiconductor Manufacturing International Corporation (SMIC), Mosel-Vitelic, and Applied Materials. Dr. Wu received his Ph.D. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (M.I.T) in 1997, and is currently participating an Executive M.B.A. program in China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) in Shanghai. |
