Haizhou Yin is a research scientist focused on exploratory semiconductor research at Institute of Microelectronics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. He has worked at IBM semiconductor research development center in NY, US. He has more than forty publications and holds twenty issued U.S. patents. He received his B.S. degree in Physics at Peking University in 1996. He received M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering at Princeton University in 1999 and 2004, respectively. He is a senior member of IEEE. |
