Tomoyasu Cho serves as the senior vice president & president of KLA China. He started his career in KLA as a software region product manager at KLA Japan in 2000 and has held various positions of the software region product manager, the director of software solution group in KLA Japan, and the sales director of Asia for KLA Certified Divisions. Since 2005, he moved to China, and has served several management positions of Sales Director, GM of Business Unit and Deputy Presidents etc. in KLA China. Before KLA, he held foundry interface positions with Xilinx, and system engineer’s positions with NYK in Japan and Tsinghua University Science & Technology Development Co. (Tsinghua Unisplendour Group) in China. Tomoyasu Cho earned his Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree from Tsinghua University and his Master of Semiconductor Physics and Device degree from the Semiconductor Institute, Chinese Academy of Science.

张智安先生是KLA全球资深副总裁兼科天中国区总裁。他于 2000 年加入KLA Corporation旗下的科天日本分公司，时任软件产品区域经理一职，并先后担任过多种职位，如KLA Corporation的软件解决方案组主管以及 KLA 认证分部的亚洲销售总监。自 2005 年起，他正式移居中国，曾任科天中国多种管理职位，如销售总监、业务部总经理。加入科天之前，他曾在赛灵思任晶圆制程工程师，和邮船情报开发株式会社（日本）以及清华科技开发总公司（清华紫光集团）（中国）任系统工程师。张智安先生在清华大学获得电气工程学士学位，并在中国科学院半导体研究所获得半导体物理与器件硕士学位。
