The dicing fluid contains actives to neutrulize static charge, to reduce water surface tension ,to lubricate the sawing contact parts and hence to reduce friction and chipping ,to cool the sawing heating , to provide metal corrosion inhibition ,to remove debris , protective coating and all other wastes generated during dicing , Application of dicing fluid enhances the quality and productivity of individual integrated circuits dices and prolongs a blade life. |
