I got B.S degree from Shandong University at optical information science and technology. I got my M.S. degree from Nankai university at physics department. I got my Ph.D. degree from University of Missouri-St. Louis and University of Missouri-Rolla. I got my M.B.A degree from University of Illinois-Chicago.
I worked in Cabot Microelectronics from 2008.
