个人简介 James Liu is CEO of Ningbo RaySea Technology co., LTD, a VCSEL supplier, focusing on leading-edge technology and high quality products. Prior to co-founding RaySea Technology, Dr. Liu was technical leader & chief laser scientist for technology and quality division of global supply chain at world#1 Network system incorporation. Prior to that, Dr. Liu was senior engineering manager for more than 10 years for world first-class VCSEL fab in USA. Dr. Liu holds various patents in optoelectronic devices and has authored numerous publications on related subjects. He earned his Bachelor of Engineering degree from Zhejiang university in 1989 and his Ph.D. degree of Optoelectronic from Unvi.
