个人简介 Dr. Jun Wu is Vice President at Beijing NAURA Microelectronics, where he is responsible for CVD equipment and process development. Dr. Wu previously held a number of engineering and product management roles in optoelectronic and IC industry at AXT, Intel and Bridgelux. He received his Ph.D. in Applied Physics from the University of Tokyo in 1999 and has more than 18 years of experience in CVD technology in US, Japan and China. |
