Dr. Zhao's team provides advanced technology support on foundry, DRAM, 3D NAND, CIS and emerging memory to many domestic customers in China. Dr. Zhao has more than 25 years of experience in the semiconductor industry in materials engineering solutions for various etching and thin film processes, flash memory devices, advanced logic devices and MEMS technologies. Before joining in Applied Materials China, Dr. Zhao was Senior Technical Director of Lam Research and held various technical management positions at Lam Research China, AMD and Applied Materials. Dr. Zhao holds a doctorate in electrical engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a master's and a bachelor's degree in microelectronics from Fudan University in China. He holds seven U.S. patents and more than 40 technical publications. |
