With the continuous increase of production lines around the world, smart manufacturing technology is becoming more and more important. Smart production line ensures the highest production efficiency and seamless upgrading in the future, ultimately achieving the purpose of improving production competitiveness.In November 2024, SEMI released a white paper: Accelerating Sustainability with SEMI Smart Manufacturing, which includes standardized systems guide the use of funds, roadmap strategic models provide actionable strategies for addressing emissions reductions in semiconductor manufacturing, machine learning and AI to improve production efficiency while achieving sustainable development goals, etc.
