Vice President, General Manager of KLA Semiconductor Equipment Technology (Shanghai) Co.Ltd KLA副总裁兼中国区工程和研发中心总经理 Dr. Jianou Shi serves as the global vice president of KLA Corporation and General Manager of KLA China Engineering and Development Center. He started his career as a Quantox product General Manager/Vice President at KLA US in 2001. During 2005 to 2009, he sequentially took over RS, TP and OP product general management responsibility. Prior to joining KLA, Dr. Jianou Shi had held various positions including director of PECVD new product development, a head of PECVD business evelopment at Novellus/Lam Research, a senior scientist and an Asia Marketing Manager at Fusion Systems/Axcelis. Dr. Jianou Shi received his B.S and M.S. in Physics from Fudan University. He also received his M.S. in EE from Dartmouth College, USA and his Ph.D. in Physics and Material Engineering from Pennsylvania State University, USA. Dr. Shi holds over 40 US, Europe and China patents, and has published over 30 papers in top journals and international conferences. 施嘉诺博士是总公司副总裁兼科磊半导体设备技术（上海）有限公司总经理。他于2001 年加入美国KLA Corporation，时任Quantox 产品总经理。 在2005-2009 期间，他先后接任RS、TP 和OP 产品总经理。 施嘉诺博士曾任美国Novellus /Lam Research PECVD 新产品研发部总监 及PECVD 业务开发总监 、美国Fusion Systems/Axcelis 资深科学家及亚洲市场经理。施嘉诺博士在复旦大学物理系获得学士和硕士学位，并获得美国达特茅斯大学电子硕士学位和美国宾夕法尼亚州立大学物理和材料工程博士学位。 施嘉诺博士拥有40 余项美国、欧洲和中国专利, 并在权威期刊和各种学术会议上发表学术论文30 多篇。 |
