个人简介 / Biography Dr. Meiliang Wang is the head of Intermolecular China, acquired by Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany in 2019. Prior to this role, Meiliang worked as a principle research scientist on ALD precursor development in Versum Materials Inc. in US, acquired by Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany in 2019. Meiliang’s former experience also includes roles as Asia ADM (Advanced Deposition Materials) Technology Lead and Customer Applications Lead based in Shanghai. Meiliang holds a Ph. D. in Condensed Matter Physics from Fudan University and was a visiting scholar at the Material Science and Engineering Department in the University of California, Los Angeles during her graduate study. She has published 16 peer reviewed papers and 15 patents. |
