Jie Cheng is a Professor at China University of Mining and Technology-Beijing. She obtained her B.E. from Shandong University in 2011 and Ph.D. from Tsinghua University in 2016, and worked as a postdoctoral fellow at Tsinghua University and KTH Royal Institute of Technology during 2017-2019. Her research interests include the novel metal CMP fundamentals and the fabrication of new carbon-based semiconductor materials. She made more than 50 publications in refereed journals and international conference proceedings. She received the Best Student Award at CSTIC2016 and Best Engineer Award at CSTIC2018.
