讲师简介 / Speaker Bio Dr. Causon Jen is SVP of Technical Marketing from Axcelis Technologies, Inc., based in Asia. Dr. Causon Jen has been dedicated his profession in ion implantation technology for Integrated Circuits manufacturing since he joined Eaton Semiconductor Equipment Division in 1992. With more than thirty years experiences in developing ion implantation system and applications, Dr. Jen holds multiple patents accumulated from his professional career. In 2022, Dr. Causon was named an "Axcelis Fellow" by his technical peers at the company to recognize his significant contribution to Axcelis Technologies, Inc. Dr. Causon Jen collaborates with Taiwan National Tsing Hua University (NTHU) and provides his technical expertise to develop young talent in this field. |
