讲师简介 / Speaker Bio Li Weining graduated from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 1990. He has over 20 international invention patent authorizations and has worked for more than 30 years in internationally renowned semiconductor manufacturing companies. He previously served as the Technical Director of FAB7 at Global Foundries in Singapore, responsible for the process integration and yield improvement of 40nm high-speed logic chips, which played an important role in the most challenging technological nodes at that time. Mr. Li Weining has extensive experience in device research and development, process integration, and yield management in advanced CMOS wafer Fab process technology. |
