Dr. Jiang Zhongwei is currently the Deputy General Manager of Etch II BU, Beijing NAURA Technology Group Co., Ltd. Dr. Jiang received Ph.D. degree in condensed matter physics in 2008 from the Institute of Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. From 2008, Dr, Jiang joined in NAURA, worked for the plasma etch equipment and process development. Dr, Jiang has published more than 10 papers and 20 patents in above area.
