Allen Chang is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in the semiconductor industry. Since April 2022, he has served as Vice President of JSR Taiwan, where he leads the Sales and Marketing team, driving strategic initiatives and fostering significant business growth.
Prior to joining JSR, Allen was Group Vice President and General Manager of the IC Business Development Department at Naura (February 2019 – March 2022). In this role, he played a key role in overseeing sales operations and advancing market development strategies.
Earlier in his career, Allen spent five years at Applied Materials as Patterning Director, contributing to the company’s technological advancements. He also dedicated a decade to Winbond Electronics, specializing in lithography process development, and further honed his expertise as Applications Director at Cymer.
Allen holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Tsinghua University, graduating in 1995. His diverse and accomplished career reflects his commitment to innovation and leadership in the semiconductor sector.
