讲师简介 / Speaker Bio Matthew Marek is the Senior Director of Product Line Management at Veeco Instruments. With nearly 20 years of experience in compound semiconductor equipment development, Matthew has played a pivotal role in bringing innovative deposition technologies to market. At the conference, he will be discussing novel techniques enabling high-volume manufacturing using MBE. Abstract / 摘要 This presentation will explore novel techniques for the production of molecular beam epitaxy (MBE) using Veeco Instruments' advanced deposition equipment. We will delve into the technical aspects of MBE and its pivotal role in addressing the needs of emerging production markets. Applications of MBE in photonics, detectors, and modulating materials, with a special focus on barium titanate for data communications and quantum materials will be discussed. Our approach combines hybrid technologies from Veeco's ALD, MBE, and MOCVD products to develop optimized processes for producing materials. Additionally, we will cover multi-process in-vacuum techniques across a suite of materials, including complex oxides, nitrides, and III/V material sets. By leveraging Veeco's expertise and innovative solutions, we aim to drive progress in these dynamic and rapidly evolving fields.
