Bigraphy Dr.Yeh was appointed as a Director of GaN technology development division in Sanan-IC, Xiamen, China in the year of 2014. He is responsible for the technology development of high bandgap electronic devices, including GaN/SiC power electronics and RF IC. Dr. Yeh received the MS degree in Optical Science and Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering, both from the Taiwan National Central University. He has over 20 years of experience in compound semiconductor epitaxy including MOCVD and MBE as well as optoelectronic/electronic device design and manufacturing. He had also been a researcher at the Telecom. Lab. of Taiwan Chunghwa Telecom Co., Ltd. Dr. Yeh has co-authored over 70 journal articles and conference presentations, and 17 U.S., Japan, China and Taiwan patents. |
