Biography Mr. Kawauchi is in charge of marketing in advanced packaging area. He joined TEL in 1994 and spend many years for sales and product developments for flat panel display equipment, and now is developing next generation equipment for advanced packaging process. Abstract This presentation shows the trend of advanced packaging areas where innovation is required, and also describes TEL’s activity to meet future wafer level solution in terms of advanced packaging. |
