Biography Allen Shen is currently the Director of Automotive Process Engineering at ASE Kaohsiung, responsible for Automotive Business Development. With over 16 years of engineering and manufacturing experiences in the field of IC packaging, including wire bond and advanced package development, he also dedicated in automotive assembly engineering development, including automotive quality system development and certification, such as VDA 6.3, ISO 26262, etc. Mr. Shen received his B.E. and Master degrees in Mechanical Engineering, National Sun Yat-sen University, Kaohsiung, Taiwan. Abstract Automotive product is undoubtedly the most talked-about solutions at CES 2017. It is predicted that automotive IC will grow at a 7% CAGR over the next 5 years. Therefore, various manufacturers have introduced different applications related to EV and Autonomous. During the speech, ASE will present its breakthrough in automotive quality certification (VDA 6.3, ISO 26262) and development to fulfill AEC Q006 Grade 0 requirement over the past five years.
