Biography Xu YuPeng, VP of Engineering, ICPU of JCET. Graduated from University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, he has been working for 2 years in GAPT and 8 years in Statschipac China, in the areas of R&D and New Product Development. He joined JCET in 2011 as BGA & SIP Engineering Director, with the focus on SIP Assembly Technology Development. |
