Biography

Dr. Qi Feng, Ph.D of Engineering, Senior Engineer, Deputy Director and Project Chief Engineer of Advanced Materials Research, Advanced Technology Department, SAIC Motor Co. Ltd.. She received her doctoral degree in engineering in Harbin Institute of Technology (November, 2002). She then worked as research fellow in Tongji University, Harbin Institute of Technology and FREE Lab of Posco Engineering University, Republic of Korea. Later she joined SAIC Motor Co. Ltd. in Advanced Research and Technology Division. She has host and participated in over 20 nation- and province-level engineering research projects, has been awarded Technology Innovation Prize and Shanghai Science and Technology Progress Prize.

演讲摘要

Automotive semiconductor technologies have been in a rapid development under new energy and intelligent trend. This speech consists of three parts of introduction of automotive semiconductor technologies. For new energy field, The third generation semiconducting materials such as SiC and GaN have been most potential candidates for high frequency, low loss power inverter chip applications; For intelligence and connectivity field, high frequency microwave RF and low cost solid-state LiDAR come to be the key technologies for spread of commercial ADAS and autonomous vehicle; Finally, advanced display, biological ID recognition, VR/AR technologies, etc have been gradually applied to automotive industry in recent years.
