Biography Guo Dong received B.S. degree from Tsinghua University and M.S. degree in electrical engineering from Purdue University . Currently, he is the director of business development at Huawei, where he leads various strategic initiatives related to intellectual property acquisition, licensing and monetization. Prior to Huawei he held technical and management positions in electronic design service and medical electronics industry. Among his key achievements are several high value patent portfolio acquisitions form the foundation of intellectual property competitiveness of Huawei mobile chipset business. |
