Biography Michael Young currently holds GM, APAC Sales, Marketing and Service with Advanced Energy. He has 30+ year experience in managing technology companies in USA and China. Familiar with US public company governance. Michael is instrumental in organization deployment and growth strategy development for AE APAC. He has extensive relationship with key accounts in both Semi and Industrial that allows him to drive end-user pull-through business in China. Michael is one of the pioneers in MEMS technology. He founded three MEMS start-ups. Two of them are in USA engaging in Optical Telecom and Sensor & IoT; one in China for Automotive sensors. His footprint also can be found behind several MEMS start-ups in China and Taiwan. Michael has a BS degree from National Taiwan University and a MS degree from Stanford University. He lives with his wife and their 8 years old son in Beijing now. Baseball is his favorite sport. |
