Biography Michael currently is Technical Director of Inspection for KLA-Tencor China. Prior to that, he served as Technical Director for KLA-Tencor China from 2013 to 2015. Before Michael joined KLA-Tencor China, Michael held various positions at KLA-Tencor US from 2000, from product apps manager, senior product marketing manager, and project manager (in Taiwan) for DYSD division and WIN division. Also, Michael worked for Veeco MOCVD group as senior product manager between 2010 to 2012. Michael also started his career at Tyco Electronics PolySwitch division as Process Engineer and project manager from 1997 to 1999. Michael obtained his MS in Chemical Eng from University of Southern California, and BS from UC Berkeley. |
