Global Head, Lithography Business, The Dow Chemical Company Dr. Shuji Ding-Lee has been the global head of Lithography Technologies Division, under Dow Electronic Materials (formerly known as Rohm and Haas EM) since May 2012. She is in charge of Dow’s photoresist business supporting Semiconductor Industry. Prior to this role, Shuji had served as the global general manager for LED Technologies, the general manager for Display Technologies in South Asia, and a number of senior management roles since joining Dow EM in 2005. Prior to Dow Chemical, Shuji worked in the central R&D facility of AZ Electronic Materials in NJ from 1996 to 2004. She has more than 20 years’ experience in developing electronic materials and serving the Semiconductor, Display, LED, and PV industries. She has a broad network with customers, materials suppliers and other key value chain players in the electronic materials industries. Shuji received a B.Sc. degree and a M.Sc. degree from Beijing University, China, and a Ph.D. degree in Chemistry from Iowa State University, Ames, Iowa, USA. She was also a graduate of the AMP from Harvard Business School. |
