Abstract Memory is the motivation of the semiconductor industry 2017, with over 30% of the total revenue, of all China is the biggest memory market. Specialty memory is one of the important sessions of the memory market, including previous star products SRAM, EEPROM, NOR Flash and future star products MRAM, RRAM, PCM, exclusive from DRAM and NAND Flash.
