Biography He holds Bachelor & Master Degree of Bejing University of Aeronautics, and Ph.D. of Nanjing University of Aeronautics, with 3 years of teaching & research experience in university, participated in China National 863 CIMS application development. He had been worked 9 years(1992-2000) as a senior research fellow of Singapore National Institute of Manufacturing Technology(Gintic). He had research on the modeling & design of CIM system，and had done IT & CIM consultancy for many multi-national high-tech companies such as Simens, Compaq, Winbond, UMC, ASE, Infineon & etc. He started FA Software(Shanghai) Co., Ltd. from 2000, which is the first MES & automation software company for semiconductor in China and has developed own software of MES(myCIM), SPC, EAP, APC, some of which has been installed & run in many customers like SMIC, GlobalFoundry, HHGrace, ASMC, Silan, InnoScience, Seeya and etc. Dr. Lu is currently the managing director & CEO of FA Software(Shanghai) Co., Ltd. |
