Biography Tsinghua University BS (1985)/MS (1988), PhD (1997) from Würzburg University (Germany). Worked in TECH (Singapore) and SSMC (Singapore) from 1997 to 2005. He then served as TD manager, director, senior director and VP from 2005 to 2011 in Shanghai Grace Semiconductor, responsible for technology development of embedded flash, logic, RF BICMOS, Power MOS and various transfer projects from US/Europe IDM's. In 2011 he joined Shanghai Huali Microelectronics Corporation as Senior Director, Technology Development Division 1, responsible for specialty technology development of CIS, flash and embedded flash. Currently he serves as vice president. Dr. Shao's experience covers many areas in semiconductor technology development including platform/specialty technology and application. |
