Biography Aronson Lin is currently the senior Director of Central Engineering Development, as well as Customer and Engineering Integration at ASE Chungli of ASE Group. He leads automotive development from material and advanced packaging which cover traditional Wire Bond package, Flip Chip and sensor technology development. Mr. Lin receives his master degree from Mechanical Engineering, National Taiwan University. |
