Biography Zhang Jianxin was born in December 1959. He graduated from Tsinghua University, majoring in the semiconductor physics and devices. He is a director and deputy general manager of the GL Tech from last year. He has worked over 12 years in the Institute of Semiconductors and the Institute of Microelectronics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and then has worked in the semiconductor equipment field such as Japan headquarter and China headquarter of DISCO Co. for 12 years, with a profound industry background in the semiconductor industry. Abstract Loadpoint, a subsidiary company of GL Tech group, has developed new Dual Spindles 12” Wafer Dicing Machine for silicon wafer, ceramic material and electronic component applications. The machine adopts the latest design of low vibration air bearing spindle, micron-level high-precision moving, follow-up keyboard and multi-touch screen etc., thus it has many functions such as automatic straightening alignment, automatic kerf check, self-adjustment of status, information record and analysis, high-efficiency edit and set up process parameters etc., achieves high UPH machine running and accurate analysis of operator's performance. |
