Jianou Shi, Global Vice President &General Manager to KLA China Engineering and Development Center Dr. Jianou Shi serves as the global vice president of KLA Corporation and General Manager of KLA China Engineering and Development Center. He started his career as a Quantox product General Manager/Vice President at KLA US in 2001. During 2005 to 2009, he sequentially took over RS, TP and OP product general management responsibility. Prior to joining KLA, Dr. Jianou Shi had held various positions including director of PECVD new product development, a head of PECVD business development at Novellus/Lam Research, a senior scientist and an Asia Marketing Manager at Fusion Systems/Axcelis. Dr. Jianou Shi received his B.S and M.S. in Physics from Fudan University. He also received his M.S. in EE from Dartmouth College, USA and his Ph.D. in Physics and Material Engineering from Pennsylvania State University, USA. Dr. Shi holds over 40 US, Europe and China patents, and has published over 30 papers in top journals and international conferences |
