In 2009, Liu Hongjun joined China Wafer Level CSP Co., Ltd and served as deputy general manager in charge of business and marketing department. He has many years of technical and business management experience. Before Joined WLCSP, he was responsible for technical and management positions in Dynamotion (NASDAQ: DYNA), Electro Scientific Industries (NASDAQ: ESIO) and Photon Dynamics (NASDAQ: PHTN). He has received the bachelor's degree from Shanghai Jiaotong University and the master's degree from Virginia Polytechnic University, major in electronic engineering.
